Where can I find the schedule of online events?

The schedule of online events is located on the Good Elephant app or the website!

How can I join an online Good Elephant event?

To join an online event, you’ll need to download the Zoom app onto your computer.

If it’s your first time joining a Zoom meeting, be sure to allow yourself at least 10 minutes before starting to get connected. Here are some useful links, in case you get stuck:

If you don’t want to be seen during class, you’re welcome to turn off your camera, but we encourage you to leave your camera on to foster a sense of community and receive more feedback and interaction from your teacher.

Be sure to mute yourself if you’ll have any noise in your space. Finally, check the event’s description to make sure you have the things you need handy beforehand.

What do I do if a pop up appears that says “Another meeting is in session”?

First, leave the meeting and try joining again by clicking the link. It may also be helpful to close Zoom entirely and then reopen it.

I registered for a class, but I can’t find the Zoom link. What should I do?

The Zoom link is inside the event confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam and promotion folders. You can also try searching all of your email folders with the name of the class.

If you still can’t find the confirmation email, notify Good Elephant via email at hello@goodelephant.co, and we will resend the confirmation to your email on file.

It’s my first online class through Good Elephant, what should I do to be prepared?

Be sure to download and create an account on Zoom. Set up your phone or laptop so that your Guide can see you. You’ll have the best experience when you communicate to make sure you can see and hear your Guide clearly!

Can I receive a recording of an online Good Elephant event?

Yes, you may be able to receive a recording of an online Good Elephant event if your Guide has chosen to record the event. You can request that your Good Elephant Guide record the online event when you first join, or by emailing us at hello@goodelephant.co.
