How can I download the Good Elephant app?

You can download the Good Elephant app through the App Store or get it on Google Play. You can also text the app to yourself or even text the app to a friend! It’s available for iPhone and Android.

Can I share a Good Elephant event with my friends?

Yes! You can easily share a class from the app or website after you’ve signed up! You can also text the Good Elephant app to a friend!

What happens if I pay for a Good Elephant event, but I can’t attend?

If you pay for a Good Elephant event but can’t attend, there are a few things you can do! You can put your payment towards another class or donate to the Elephant Fund. Recordings are sometimes available, and you can contact us at hello@goodelephant.co to request the recording or a refund.

Can I pay for someone else to attend a Good Elephant event?

Yes! You can “bring a friend” at checkout to pay for someone else’s event. You can also donate to the Elephant Fund. The Elephant Fund allows you to sponsor free and pay-what-you-can events for community members in need.

Can I attend a Good Elephant event for free?

You certainly can! Good Elephant believes in making all mindful practices inclusive and affordable for everyone. Good Elephant offers both free and pay-what-you-can events and classes, and the Elephant Fund helps us provide those events to the community.

How do I set up a card to save on file?

To set up or change the card(s) saved to your account, visit the account settings at the top right corner of the Good Elephant app. From there, go to “Payment Settings” to add, edit, or delete.

How can I view my past transactions?

Transactions can be found in the account settings on the Good Elephant app. Account settings are located in the top right corner of the app. The list of your most recent transactions can be found under “Payment Settings.”

I can’t log into my account on my app. How do I get back in?

No problem! Click the “forgot password” button to reset your password, and Good Elephant will send a temporary password to the email associated with your account.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by choosing “Sign In” at the top right corner of the app. Then select “Login,” followed by “Forgot Password.” A new password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

If you’d like to create a new personalized password, sign in with the temporary password. Then, go to your settings located at the top right corner of the app and create a new password under “Profile.”

Does Good Elephant offer retreats?

Yes! Any currently listed retreats are listed under “Classes & Events” > “Retreats”.
