The Body Knows
Today’s Adventure: Listen to your body today, and make listening your top priority. Check in with your body every hour (set an alarm if you need to). When you check in, take a few minutes to move in whatever way your body wants to move. Do you need to get up? walk around the room? around the block? go for a run? dance to your favorite song? Listen carefully, and if your body is asking for rest, take a nap!
