Today’s Adventure

Nothing’s better than fresh fruit!

Today’s Adventure: Try eating a piece of fruit slowly and intentionally. For example, if you’re eating an orange, take your time pulling of the peel and pulling the pieces apart, feeling the texture.. Next close your eyes and smell the citrus, then placing the fruit in your mouth and exploring what it’s temperature is, how the texture feels in your mouth, what it feels like when you bite into it, all slowly and with intention.
